We strictly do not tolerate any form of threats, verbal or physical abuse towards any of our staff members.

BILLINGS and FEES
 

Standard Consultation: $70.00 and above

Long Consultation: $120.00 and above.

Medicare rebate is available for those with a valid Medicare card.

There may be some out of pockets fees for some procedures.

Care Plan and Health Assessment are bulk billed

​

Medical certificates cannot be given without an appointment with the doctor (with the exception being a COVID-19 telephone consultation).

​

The Practice accepts Cash, EFTPOS , Mastercard and Visa. 
(AMEX, Diners and Cheques are NOT accepted ).

We private charge for the following :

​

• Driver's licence medical

• Pre-employment medical assessment

• Travel vaccinations

• Sports Medicals

• Any medical assessment not covered by Medicare

• Procedures not covered by Medicare

• Consultations where the patient does not have Medicare (e.g overseas visitors).

​

Should any surgical procedure required to be performed (e.g skin excision), the cost of the procedure does cover the follow up appointments. Some available procedures are subject to a Medicare rebate.

​Did Not Attend (DNA) and Cancellation Policy

​

We require a minimum of 2 hours' notice for appointment cancellation. if fail to attend your appointment without adequate reason, a non attendance fee of $40.00 may be charged.

​

There will be a small fee to duplicate lost or misplaced documents like script , medical certificate and referral.

We prefer not to Email Private and Confidential documents except in certain circumstances.
